Job Description

The CRM coordinator is a detail-oriented support role focused on the execution of daily sales operations. This individual ensures data accuracy, manages CRM systems, tracks performance metrics, and supports lead follow-up and administrative tasks. The CRM coordinator is essential to maintaining operational consistency and enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals and building relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Build automated reports to support decision-making and strategy development. Generate dashboards and daily activity reports to provide visibility into team performance and pipeline health. Maintain data integrity in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), including importing/exporting data, merging duplicates, and auditing usage. Ensure timely outreach by the sales team to assigned leads. Review expense reports and CRM schedules. Handle data entry, call logs, and follow-ups. Assist with the implementation of new tools or processes. Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing training on CRM tools, reporting, and outreach processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years in sales support or administrative roles. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
