Overview
The CRM Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global CRM team. This role helps keep the Global CRM program running smoothly by maintaining structure, clarity, and momentum across initiatives and stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping teams operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to support the Global CRM team by ensuring alignment, organization, and consistent follow-through across projects, meetings, communications, and team activities. The main functions anticipated for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead scheduling, agendas, and coordination for CRM team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Drive clarity and accountability by capturing meeting notes, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
  • Maintain and update project plans, task lists, and timelines for CRM initiatives.
  • Oversee CRM support request and feature request intake workflows, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately and followed up on.
  • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and propose workflow or process improvements to enhance CRM team efficiency.
  • Act as a connective layer between CRM Specialists, regional stakeholders, and technical teams to promote alignment and consistency across global CRM operations.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, summary updates, and presentation materials.
  • Curate and maintain internal documentation, guides, decision logs, and shared team resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for CRM training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and follow-up communication.
  • Support change management activities, including communication planning, training enablement, and user readiness coordination across markets.
  • Gather and summarize user feedback and adoption insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide coordination and organizational support to the Global Director, CRM.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of ensuring work moves forward smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related role.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and proactive follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Comfortable working in environments with evolving processes and stakeholder needs.
