Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at our location in Sahali. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Handle cash transactions and process payments while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation. Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team-oriented environment.
