KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate a passion and energy for guest service and creating friendly, fast, and exceptional guest experiences Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization for the counter area and dining space. Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change, and using a point of sale POS system for transactions Closing customer orders by carefully processing payment and accurately counting change required Responsible for accurate and timely completion of POS checklist each shift Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required Excellent communication phone manner Friendly demeanor Great attitude Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, ensuring a clean and organized environment that exceed our guests' expectations Has a presentation level that is consistent with providing an exceptional guest experience Maintain quality and speed of output. Desire and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of company food specifications and plating. Adherence to cost control guidelines. Food handling. Cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
