**Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the crew, ensuring high-quality lawn care is delivered.**Responsibilities:**- Drive truck and trailer-Ensure equipment is maintained properly- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects.**Experience:**- Previous experience in landscaping and lawn care is an asset- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordIf you are a skilled landscaper with leadership abilities and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we invite you to apply for the Crew Leader position.Job Type: Seasonal
