**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the crew, ensuring high-quality lawn care is delivered. **Responsibilities:** - Drive truck and trailer -Ensure equipment is maintained properly - Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks - Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards. - Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly. - Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects. **Experience:** - Previous experience in landscaping and lawn care is an asset - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. - Must have a valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record If you are a skilled landscaper with leadership abilities and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we invite you to apply for the Crew Leader position.
