Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee landscape maintenance projects and guide a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in horticulture or gardening, and hands-on experience in irrigation, construction, and landscape services. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation or repair Lead a team of crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work Oversee project timelines, safety protocols, and equipment usage to maintain a safe working environment Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction Assist with technical tasks such as horticultural care, irrigation system troubleshooting, and construction-related landscaping projects Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture Supervising or leadership experience within landscaping or construction environments Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticultural practices, and general landscape construction techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team effectively Prior experience with supervising teams in outdoor settings is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.99-$36.97 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 50 per week
