The Role

As our Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a 2-5 person painting crew, ensuring jobs are completed with excellence and efficiency. You'll be the bridge between the field and the office -- keeping clients happy, jobs on track, and your team dialed in.

What You'll Do

Run daily crew huddles and set clear expectations Ensure all prep, production, and cleanup meets company standards Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction Manage time cards, materials, and jobsite logistics Train and mentor apprentices and painters Report progress and issues to the Production Manager

Must-Have Experience

2+ years leading residential or commercial paint crews Mastery of interior and exterior painting techniques Ability to read scopes and stay on budgeted hours Clear communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
