Job Title: Crew Lead - Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter

Clean Team is a leading building maintenance and repair company serving luxury residential condo properties across Calgary and area. We are looking for a skilled crew lead with strong leadership qualities, experience in carpentry, drywall repair, drywall taping and painting. This role involves completing high-end repairs and renovations in occupied suites and common areas. Overseeing a small team to ensure high quality standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Provide feedback and coaching when necessary. Professionalism, reliability, and high attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs including drywall installation, drywall taping, texture matching, trim work, finish carpentry, and high-quality painting Work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast paced environment Communicate clearly and professionally with company management, property managers, board members, and residents Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow site protocolso Accurately document completed work and materials used

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting in high end units Strong references that confirm workmanship and reliability Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between buildings Professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and residents
