Crew Lead: Abatement And Demolition

Job Description
Wise Abatement is hiring a reliable and experienced Crew Lead to help run our abatement and demolition job sites. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, supports the team, and makes sure jobs are done safely and properly.
This job is for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in quality work.
What You'll Do
Lead the Crew
Give clear instructions, keep the team focused, and help new workers learn the ropes.
Keep the Site Running
Make sure the site is safe, clean, and organized. Walk the job each day and fix problems early.
Stay in Touch with the Office
Send in updates, photos, and notes every day. Keep everyone on the same page using our job tracking app.
Solve Problems
If something comes up, handle it calmly and let the office know if extra help is needed.
What You Need
Experience leading a team in construction, demolition, or abatement Valid Class 5 driver's license Good communication skills Able to work outdoors in different weather and conditions Comfortable using your phone for forms and job updates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
