Job Description

Wise Abatement is hiring a responsible and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily work on abatement and demolition job sites. This role is well suited for someone who leads by example, keeps projects on track, and takes pride in high-quality work. You will be responsible for supporting your crew, meeting job requirements, and maintaining communication between the field and office.

Position Summary



As a Team Lead, you are responsible for job quality, crew performance, and daily coordination. You will help ensure that every job meets company standards, is completed on time, and runs safely and efficiently. You will also act as the main point of contact between the job site and management.

Key Responsibilities



Job Site Management



Conduct site walkthroughs and ensure quality control Identify and correct deficiencies immediately Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized

Crew Oversight



Assign tasks based on crew strengths and job priorities Maintain workflow to meet timelines Support a focused and accountable team culture

Customer and Supervisor Communication



Address any on-site concerns in a timely and professional manner Represent the company respectfully at all times Support high customer satisfaction on every project

Problem Solving and Team Development



Make site decisions confidently and efficiently Provide guidance and coaching to crew members Maintain open communication with the office and project manager

Documentation and Reporting



Submit accurate site notes, photos, and forms by the end of each day Minimize the need for follow-ups or corrections by office staff Use company tools such as our CRM, job tracking, and internal app properly

Requirements



Valid Class 5 driver's licence Team leadership experience in a construction or field-based setting Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing site conditions Comfortable using basic digital tools for tracking and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
