Lower Lakes Towing Ltd. operates a fleet of self-unloading bulk carriers and conventional bulk carriers in Canada, transporting a diverse array of dry bulk commodities.

Thie role of Crew Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Vessel Crew to and from the Vessel. This is a Part Time Casual position that is esssential to our operation. Mid Month and End of Month will be the most common crew changes, however there will be an oppurtunity for additional shifts.
Responsibilities
Transporting crew members to vessel locations in Southern Ontario and occasional trips to Sault Ste. Marie. Shuttle crew to and from Toronto Airport and locations around the Great Lakes region. Communicate with Crewing Department for dispatch instructions and updates on delays. Safety check of vehicle prior to use. Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to employment.
Requirements/Skills
Available to work days, evenings, and weekends to support crewing operations Overnight stays may be occasionally required Sitting and driving for extended periods of time Good communication and navigational skills Able to drive at night on back-roads, highways, in urban areas and in adverse weather conditions when deemed safe
Qualifications
Valid G-Class Driver's License and clean driving record Drug and alcohol pre-screening (required) Driving abstract (required) * Valid Passport and ability to enter United States (required)
