We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient

Cleaning Crew Member

who specializes in serving neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and other neurodivergent conditions. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in residential or office cleaning but also understands how to tailor their approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client in a respectful and empowering way.

Duties

Provide professional, high-quality cleaning services in homes or spaces occupied by neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. Adapt cleaning routines and communication styles to accommodate sensory sensitivities, executive dysfunction, and other related needs. Build trust with clients by maintaining consistency, respecting boundaries, and offering judgment-free support. Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' space, privacy, and belongings. Interest in learning professional organization and decluttering methods

Experience

Previous experience in professional cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred. Could also have experience in a job where cleaning was required - for example, serving. Lived or professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals is highly valued, preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Trauma-informed, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach. Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and adapt to unique environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of cleaning duties. Must be physically fit to ensure stamina throughout the work day.
