WHAT WILL YOU DO?




Conduct thorough assessments of prospective residents by analyzing credit history, financial stability, and overall risk profile to determine eligibility for residency. Collect, verify, and evaluate all supporting documentation for credit applications, including proof of income, government-issued identification, and employment verification. Make informed decisions to approve, decline, or provide recommendations for residential applications, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk thresholds. Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents regarding the status of the applications. Evaluate financial statements with precision, using data to assess risk and make data-informed decisions. Maintain accurate and organized records of all application outcomes, including approvals, denials, and pending files, to ensure compliance and traceability. Prepare and submit RTDRS (Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service) applications and represent the organization during hearings. Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) legislation and RTDRS processes, ensuring compliance and professionalism in all proceedings.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?




Previous experience with Residential Property Management. 3 - 5 years' experience in Credit Risk Analysis. 2 - 4 years legal or advanced level RTDRS experience. Must have intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Suite products. Self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
