WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Someone to compile and send daily reports.
  • Someone to complete monthly reports and daily reminders.
  • A person who is comfortable working with little supervision.
  • A professional, customer service focused individual who can monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Someone familiar with finance who can complete lien uploads, emergency liens and maintain lien renewals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • A reliable and professional approach to work.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs including MS office.
  • An aptitude for multi-tasking and problem-solving,
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.
  • Call Centre experience would be an asset.
  • Administrative Assistant Diploma would be an asset.
