Your role
Provide support to the Credit Administrators.
Research and preparation of denunciation letters.
Perform credit investigations.
Create accounts in the system.
Prepare different types of letters to customers.
Ensure that customer files are up to date and contains relevant information for quick decision making.
Approve credit requests while following the company\'s credit guidelines.
Management of the e-mails received in the inbox for the department.
Participate in various related projects.

The qualifications we are looking for
Training in the administration or accounting field along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Autonomy, energetic, good communication abilities.
Results and customer service oriented.
Have a team player attitude.
