Credit Analyst Full-time (12 Month Term), Corporate/Hybrid Starting salary - $58,167 Why should you join our team? The Credit Analyst is responsible for\xe2\x80\xafanalyzing credit requests and writing credit submissions for the\xe2\x80\xafBusiness Account Managers to assess loan viability and risk, making recommendations accordingly\xe2\x80\xafon credit and other products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as\xe2\x80\xafa support role writing credit submission requests for Business Account Managers and analyzing credit risk to ensure credit quality is maintained with positive and negative trends identified.
• Responsible for\xe2\x80\xafidentifying\xe2\x80\xafmember problems, needs, and opportunities\xe2\x80\xafwherever possible, referring more complex problems\xe2\x80\xafand opportunities\xe2\x80\xafto the appropriate person or department.
• Review files and identify deficiencies and report as appropriate.
• Work with account managers to ensure standardization of documents.
• Keep current with business issues\xe2\x80\xafthat affect market trends, sharing beneficial information with other analysts, lenders, and managers.
• Work directly with the\xe2\x80\xafaccount managers\xe2\x80\xafand\xe2\x80\xafloan\xe2\x80\xafprocessors\xe2\x80\xafto ensure smooth administration of documentation from the branch.
• Complete credit applications thoroughly ensuring that all relevant information is included and analyzed in supporting recommendations within established procedures.
• Ensure instructions outlining the conditions of loans, deposits, and investments are clearly laid out (loan type, interest rate, security, searches, liens, etc.) to allow completion of the appropriate documentation by the lending and investment staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to credit union policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security, and fraud prevention.

• Post-secondary education\xe2\x80\xafin related field such as\xe2\x80\xafBusiness Administration\xe2\x80\xafor Agribusiness
• Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability\xe2\x80\xafto\xe2\x80\xafidentify and willingness to assist with sales and service opportunities
• Strong interpersonal and\xe2\x80\xafcommunication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in\xe2\x80\xafa\xe2\x80\xaffast-paced\xe2\x80\xafteam\xe2\x80\xafenvironment and perform well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
• Attention to detail\xe2\x80\xafwith high degree of\xe2\x80\xafaccuracy
