Creative Marketing Strategist

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Creative Marketing Strategist
with
5+ years of professional experience
, preferably within the hospitality sector. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to make a long-term impact and grow their career within a forward-thinking hotel management company.As Creative Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with the Creative Project Manager on the creative vision and execution of brand identity, marketing campaigns, property-level storytelling, and guest experience design. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in all visual and experiential outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
Maintain and enhance distinct brand identities for each property and the parent company.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, from digital to in-property experiences.
Creative Strategy
Co-Lead conceptual development for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and brand activations with the Creative Project Manager.
Stay ahead of trends in hospitality, design, and digital storytelling to ensure fresh, impactful creative output.
Team & Project Management
Oversee freelance creatives, photographers, videographers, and agency partners.
Ensure adherence to creative timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple properties and projects.
Dream up fresh, brand-aligned marketing concepts and source the materials to bring them to life -- all while balancing quality, creativity, and cost within budget.
Content Development
Oversee creative direction for photo and video shoots, including art direction and storyboarding. Creation of video content is an asset.
Guide social media, digital and print creations on visual content strategy. This would include creation of social media, print, branded item designs and conveying same strategy to the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative Project Manager to align ideas with business goals.
Support new hotel openings, rebranding efforts, and renovation launches with complete creative packages.
Build relationships and work with key tourism offices, general managers and hospitality partners.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a creative leadership role, ideally within hospitality, or as a lead designer for a marketing agency, or in a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign ideation, design and multi-platform creative execution.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; familiarity with motion, video, and photography direction a plus.
Experience working with external sourcing vendors and/or tourism agencies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and design, and a desire to make d3h Hotels a long-term career home.
