As part of a squad (or squads), you help make it possible for clients with confidence based on sound advice, expertise and solutions. Also as a member of the digital centre of expertise (DCoE), you will work closely with the digital content producer, email and marketing automation strategists, social media and website strategists, SEO experts and creative resources to develop strong performing and measurable digital marketing tactics. The role is accountable for integrating digital strategy into squad marcom plans and flawless execution of these plans supported by engaging the expertise of digital specialists in the DCoE.AccountabilitiesDevelop and evolve the digital strategy and experience (content, distribution, demand, development, organic & paid search) to achieve brand objectives, business goals and consumer needsHelp design the measurement framework for any successful digital initiative, KPIs based on desired outcome(s). Align closely with the other stakeholders to define, measure and report on KPIs.Partner closely with Web Experience Managers and Email Marketing Managers to build digital experiences and recommendations around landing pages, campaign pages, product pages, emails and other digital channelsUse CRM and marketing automation tools to understand and nurture prospects and clients based on individual wants and needs to influence acquisition, retention and loyalty objectivesChampion inbound marketing approaches, with deep understanding and continuous learning.
