Creative Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develops high-level marketing concepts and long-term strategic plans.
Identifies target audiences and understands their behaviors and motivations.
Aligns all marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand identity.
2. Creative Concept Development
Generates fresh, inspiring campaign ideas across digital and traditional channels.
Collaborates with designers, editors, photographers, and external agencies to bring creative visions to life.
Ensures all creative output is consistent, on-brand, and visually engaging.
3. Content & Messaging Strategy
Crafts storytelling frameworks tailored to various platforms (social media, email, web, video, etc.).
Oversees brand language, tone of voice, and key messaging themes.
Determines optimal content distribution channels based on audience insights.
4. Data-Driven Insight
Monitors campaign performance and translates data into actionable strategy refinements.
Utilizes marketing analytics tools--and potentially AI platforms--to track engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Key Skills & Tools

Working knowledge of design and video production
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and emerging AI-powered creative tools

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably in luxury, design, or hospitality
Strong storytelling and brand-building skills with a portfolio of compelling campaigns
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with AI-powered creative tools
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and collaboration experience
Knowledge of design, video production, and digital marketing platforms
Up-to-date with marketing trends, consumer behavior, and visual culture
