About The Role



As Creative Lead at Aspen Clean, you will be responsible for elevating and evolving the visual expression of an established, purpose-driven brand. Working in-house, you will ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints while pushing the brand forward with fresh, relevant, and high-impact visual storytelling.

You will play a central role in shaping creative strategy, leading visual content production, and supporting business growth through compelling design, photography, and video across digital, physical, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities



Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship Own and evolve AspenClean's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. Translate brand values, sustainability commitments, and product benefits into strong creative concepts. Act as guardian of the brand's look and feel while continuously refining and modernizing it. Content & Asset Production Lead the creation and production of high-quality visual assets, including photography and video. Conceptualize, plan, and oversee regular video content projects for brand, product, and social storytelling. Design and produce assets for all communication channels: website, e-commerce, social media, newsletters, paid media, packaging, and press. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and operations teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives. Manage timelines and workflows to ensure high-quality production delivered on schedule. Coordinate with external partners (photographers, videographers, freelancers, agencies) as needed. Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay ahead of trends in design, social content, photography, and video, with a strong understanding of what resonates with modern audiences. Proactively propose creative improvements and new formats to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Ensure all creative output balances aesthetics, clarity, and performance.

Required Skills



Photography:

Strong ability to produce visually compelling imagery across lifestyle, product, and campaign needs.

Video Creation:

Ability to conceptualize, direct, and edit video content, with a solid understanding of production workflows.

Design Tools:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve. Openness to learning new tools as needed.

Social Media Expertise:

Deep understanding of platform-specific content trends and optimization for engagement.

Organization & Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-house environment.

Execution Speed:

Capable of delivering high-quality creative quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.

Profile



5+ years of experience in an in-house or agency creative role (Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead). Experience in consumer brands, lifestyle, wellness, or sustainable products is strongly preferred. Comfortable working collaboratively while maintaining autonomy and ownership over creative projects. Strong appreciation for clean, minimalist aesthetics and ethical, environmentally responsible brands. Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
