Creative Lead
to drive the visual identity and creative direction of the BIOFLEX brand across all channels.
Job Summary
The
Creative Lead
will oversee the development, execution, and consistency of all creative assets that support marketing, sales, research, and executive initiatives. This role combines hands-on design with strategic leadership, driving forward a compelling brand vision that aligns with company objectives. You will manage internal and external creative resources, collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and elevate the impact of BIOFLEX communications across print, digital, and product platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative direction for all brand and product communications, ensuring alignment across departments.
Guide the design and development of marketing assets including brochures, digital content, product catalogues, presentations, and multimedia campaigns.
Oversee the visual storytelling of case profiles using photography and measurement software.
Partner with sales, education, research, and executive teams to understand objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
Develop and maintain a unified visual identity and design system across all channels (print, digital, social, product).
Provide design leadership in an agile environment, contributing to product iterations and user-centric creative deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations, present design concepts with clarity, and incorporate feedback constructively.
Mentor and coach junior designers, freelancers, or external creative vendors as needed.
Collaborate on internal design operations, best practices, and recruiting initiatives.
Monitor post-launch creative performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring - Recipe for Success
3+ years
in a senior creative, visual design, or UX/UI leadership role; agency or in-house experience preferred.
Experience managing small creative teams or working in a lead design capacity.
Demonstrated ability to shape a cohesive creative strategy across multi-channel campaigns.
A strong portfolio showcasing cross-disciplinary creative work (print, digital, social, branding).
Deep understanding of user-centered design, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to set design goals, timelines, and deliverables and ensure their execution.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into visual solutions.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across disciplines.
Technical Skills
Expert in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Bonus: Familiarity with
SOLIDWORKS

HTML/CSS
,
JavaScript
, CMS platforms, or API-based design.
Comfortable with photography, case profile documentation, and media formatting.
Knowledge of branding, typography, responsive design, and production processes.
