An eCommerce venture is being launched this Q4, centered around a collection of unique, personalized Christmas ornaments. We are looking for a Creative Lead to build its entire visual world from a blank canvas. This is a role for a designer who wants to create something with soul.
This position is about ownership, not committees. It is a direct response to the churn-and-burn of agency life. Your vision will not be diluted by layers of management; it will be the foundation of the brand.
Your Mission
Brand Identity Development:
Conceptualize and execute the visual foundation--logo, typography, palette, and vibe.
Packaging & Product Presentation:
Design elegant print assets like ornament packaging, inserts, and gift notes.
Website & Email Visuals:
Provide header graphics, hero images, and supporting visuals that match the aesthetic.
Ad Creative Development:
Create static and lightweight motion creatives for paid ad campaigns, guided by strategic direction (you handle visuals, not ads manager).
Visual Consistency & Direction:
Ensure cohesion across all brand assets, helping us build something timeless and premium.

The Details
This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week.
Compensation:
The starting rate is $25/hour.
