You will strategically implement design solutions that support the organization\'s goals for improving user experience and results.Key areas of responsibility are:\xc2\xb7 Design and enhance elements of client websites, to their specifications and within the parameters of our platform\xc2\xb7 Ensure designs are optimized for our developers and effective on mobile and desktop\xc2\xb7 Create both static and animated banner ads for customers for distribution on Trader\'s marketplaces\xc2\xb7 Maintain superior design concepts through current knowledge of web design technologies and trends\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all technical, branding, and web content accessibility guidelines\xc2\xb7 Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are executable, and provide design feedback as part of the QA process\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers for revisions and approvalsWhat you\'ll need:\xc2\xb7 Graphic Design diploma or Bachelor\'s degree/community college diploma, or equivalent work experience\xc2\xb7 Strong design portfolio\xc2\xb7 Experience with design software: Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, InVision\xc2\xb7 Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, colour, user interface & navigation\xc2\xb7 Able to design for cross-platform compatibility\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 At home in a fast paced, agile, commercial online environment\xc2\xb7 Creative vision and attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Collaborative spirit, ability to give and accept feedback in a professional manner\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with CMS such as WordPress a plusWhat\'s in it for you\xe2\x80\xa6-We understand that there is life at work and life outside of work.
