Job Title Creative Copywriter, Advertising, RBCx Ventures

One critical component of RBCx is Strategic Design (SD). SD leverages the best people to conduct in-depth consumer research, design extraordinary customer experiences, build memorable and unique brands and effective marketing campaigns, transforming how consumers experience our Ventures and RBC.
What is the opportunity?
The SD team is hiring a Creative Copywriter to support our creative services. This person must be able to conceptualize and execute insightful ideas, advertising, communications and other written content for Venture marketing including digital, social, and integrated brand campaigns.
What will you do?
Conceptualize and craft strategic creative campaigns, advertising headlines, marketing messages, brand tone of voice, social and digital, emails, website content, landing pages, OOH, video scripts and more
Collaborate with art directors, designers and others to execute campaigns and digital solutions
Give direction and contribute on set (video shoots)
Crafting concept statements, insights, developing presentation flow and storytelling
Share best practices and build strong relationships with marketing and other communication groups across RBC
Must Haves
6+ years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably at a digital agency
A portfolio that demonstrates your writing skills and conceptual thinking (must include portfolio link in resume or application)
Experience with both pre-production and post production processes
Ability to think big picture strategy, ideate on \xe2\x80\x98the big idea\xe2\x80\x99 and create quality work that answers the brief
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in start-up environments
Experience creating effective campaigns in French markets
Experience with Figma, Keynote and Google Docs
