Crawlspace Technician Helper
Job Description
The Crawlspace Technician is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and installing systems in residential and commercial crawlspaces. This role includes moisture control, insulation, vapor barrier installation, leveling, and basic structural repair. Technicians must work in semi-confined spaces and be able to follow safety protocols and company standards. Pay based on experience.
Enter and work in crawlspaces, and basements
Install vapor barriers, insulation, other moisture control systems
Assist with structural repairs including joist sistering and beam reinforcement
Leveling of Mobile homes, cabins, Modular units.
Installation of skirting around Mobile homes.
Conduct site evaluations to determine services needed.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous experience in construction, related fields (preferred but not required) Ability to work in confined, damp, and sometimes dirty spaces Physically fit - able to lift 50+ lbs, crawl, kneel, and squat for extended periods Comfortable using basic tools and reading work orders Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)

Compensation:
