RV Technician Helper

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in RVs Help with routine maintenance and inspections Safely operate and care for hand tools and power tools Support team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop Keep work areas clean and organized Maintain basic records of services and tasks completed Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients when needed Be eager to learn new skills and stay updated on RV repair practices

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical knowledge or strong interest in learning about RVs and vehicles Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools (training provided) Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow in the role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Previous shop or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required
