Glenform Building Ltd. specializes in concrete formwork with a strong domestic and international presence in the construction industry.
We are currently seeking
Crane Operators
to assist in lifting operations on sites in Vancouver and Burnaby. The successful candidate will work closely with crane riggers, site supervisors, and crew members to ensure all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.We are hiring
multiple positions
and withvarious shift patterns
available (including Full-time)Key Responsibilities:
Operate mobile / tower cranes in accordance with guidelines and site procedures Safely lift, move, and position loads complying with load charts Communicate with crew using hand / radio signals Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections Secure loads using slings, chokers, shackles Work closely with site supervisors to plan lifts and maintain safe working areas Perform daily safety checks and report any potential hazards or equipment issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of crane experience on construction sites (formwork preferred) Provisional (B ticket) Crane Operator Certification or equivalent experience to apply for. Capable of clear communication and signals with crew Confident in WorkSafeBC safety standards and crane operations
Various shift patterns available: Day, Evening and Weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
