Courseware Developer

Job Description
Nortak Software is currently seeking Courseware Developers with the following qualifications: Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have five (5) cumulative years of experience within the last ten years (10), working as a Courseware Developer within an organization of at least 1000 employees, in each of the following: developing Information Management (IM) training documents; tailoring IM training documents to audience needs; and delivering IM training in-person or virtually
- Must have a minimum five (5) cumulative years of experience within the last ten years (10), hands-on or virtual classroom Information Management (IM) software functionality awareness training materials for a five hundred (500) or more end-user base, for at least one (1) of the following technical environments: OpenText LiveLink (all versions); OpenText Content Server (all versions); Microsoft SharePoint (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019); or Other enterprise-level content management solutions
- Must have a post-secondary degree, diploma or certification from a recognized training institution in a field relevant to information management, training and instructional design
- Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
- Should hold one of the following industry certifications: Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE); Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT); and/or AIIM Certified Information Professional
- Remote / Ottawa / Gatineau (NCR)
