Viterra is seeking a Country Support and Grain Risk Administrator at our Regina Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible providing support services to country facilities and staff including cash ticket problem solving, replacing cash tickets, ensuring correct adjustments and maintaining Viterra\xe2\x80\x99s customer database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides cash tickets problem solving direction to facility staff.
  • Cash Application for incoming payments
  • Reviews and authorizes cash ticket replacements.
  • Audits cash ticket adjustments and provides direction to facility staff for required corrections.
  • Maintains customer database including adding, inactivating, and correcting customer information.
  • Administers the distribution and reconciliation of Levies for various commissions.
  • Administers the disbursement, reconciliation, and problem solving for the government Advance Payment Program.
  • Administers the licensing and reporting for all country and terminal facilities licensed by the various regulatory bodies.
  • Administers garnishment, court, maintenance, and other law enforcement orders related to grain purchases.
  • Administers EFT approval and set-up for producer payments related to cash tickets.
  • Creates and distributes reports for Merchandisers, Country Staff, and Risk Management.
  • Creates and distributes Purchase Contract Buyback write-offs documentation for E-Signatures.
  • Provides information to various external agencies and internal departments.
  • Other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Computer competent, with demonstrated experience in the use of spreadsheet, database, word processing.
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative and management skills with the ability to communicate with senior management/staff.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external people (colleagues, clients, stakeholders, etc.)
Education and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 (or recognized equivalent) and a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in office administration
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
