Being in constant evolution, we are currently looking for a Costing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving the methods of establishing, accounting for and maintaining the cost price of bakery, pastry, kitchen and gourmet products for the Retail Network division of Groupe Premi\xc3\xa8re Moisson Inc. as well as analyzing the resulting financial reports. He/she also participates in the budgetary process and follow-up for his/her division, in accordance with the company\'s values, strategy and business challenges.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and improve methods of establishing, accounting for and updating product costing;
• Establish and update the product and event costing system;
• Determine standard product costs in collaboration with the plant and branches (partners and assistants), taking into account food costs and labour costs, and revise recipes as required;
• Collaborate with the marketing department to establish the selling price of products;
• Analyze standard costs and profitability of product families and make recommendations for optimization;
• Improve the theoretical calculation of labour (as a percentage) in the costing;
• Update costing (monthly) with purchasing guide;
• Communicate revised margins to follow up on updates;
• Analyze results/margins by product category, product substitution and events by store and document explanations;
• Performs analysis of wholesale and retail sales fluctuation and profitability and makes recommendations to immediate supervisor;
• Maintain the transfer file every three months (Update cost, events, etc.);
• Validate and maintain the coding of categories to properly associate the cost of sales and the sale (l-boss, buying guide, invoices);
• Transfer and maintain the costing in the costing cube;
• Participate in the development of the budget process and its follow-up;
• Update and analyze performance indicators (strategic table, dashboard, theoretical margin);
• Participate in the elaboration of the "Proforma".

Requirements :

• BAC in Accounting, Finance or Administration
• CPA designation an asset.
• 3 years experience in costing in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in the food and retail sector (asset);
• Good understanding of French culture (asset);
• Excellent French (spoken and written);
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email software;
• Valid driver\'s license for occasional trips to the Retail Network branches.
