JOB OVERVIEW LEP is seeking dynamic talent to join our team in the role of Cost and Schedule Analyst. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience working in the project monitoring and controlling industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations:
  • Planning and coordinating of resources and activities within the team, other departments and external as required.
  • Assists with change control process for scope, cost and schedule.
  • Establish cost and schedule baselines and project monitoring and controlling, including Earned Value Management analysis, integrated Change control and Forecasting.
  • As assigned, develop Division-specific procedures, instructions, guidelines that facilitate the two-way flow of cost and schedule information.
  • Provide input and direction to Managers, with respect to the preparation and execution of deliverables.
  • Facilitate and represent the projects to achieve accurate forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Configure and communicate control accounts in our systems
  • Prepare various routine and non-standard reports, leveraging Excel, Microsoft BI and other tools
  • Perform stakeholder management to ensure sound project controls principles, processes and procedures are upheld.
  • Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members.
Other Duties as Required
QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have the following:
  • Experience with EcoSys as a cost management solution.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary and multi-phase long term projects/programs.
  • Knowledge and solid understanding of the interrelationships and role of organizational units, interrelationships between work groups, external contractors and consultants involved, and the mechanics of resolving any controversial issues.
  • Experience with the application of work methods, resourcing of work, and logical sequencing of events and resolution of common problems in these areas.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well, both verbally and written, is essential.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
