Position: Cost Accounting Analyst - Manufacturing
Location: Saint-Bruno - Hybrid
Salary: $95K to $110K
We're hiring a Cost Accounting Analyst for a reputable and well-established manufacturing company in Saint-Bruno. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly impact operations and strategic decision-making.
About the Role:
As a Cost Accounting Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting plant operations by providing clear, actionable financial insights. From performance dashboards to standard costing, budgeting, and monthly close activities-you'll be an integral part of decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and analyze financial and operational dashboards and reports.
- Be responsible for standard costing and inventory analysis.
- Provide costing for sales quotes and support budget preparation.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform variance analysis and maintain standard costing processes.
- Support the plant and finance teams with ongoing financial analysis and KPIs.
- Help drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in management reviews and business performance reporting.
- Ensure internal controls and assist with audits.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, accounting certificate or CPA in progress.
- Strong experience in manufacturing industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, plant-based environment.
- Solid analytical mindset and hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
