Job Description

A well-established manufacturing company located in Laval is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support its finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting and strategic financial analysis in a dynamic plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly closing process
- Coordinate the annual budget for the plant and follow up with key stakeholders
- Submit regular financial and operational reports
- Ensure internal controls are in place
- Analyze balance sheet accounts in collaboration with the Shared Services team
- Monitor CAPEX
- Support and track cost-reduction initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's, masters, accounting certificate or CPA in progress
- Strong month end experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with solid communication skills
