Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, customer service-focused person with a passion for beauty products. (Specifically for skincare/dermo-cosmetics)
As a brand ambassador, you will oversee animating workshops in order to make customers discover the products in pharmacies.
Territory: London
You must be comfortable engaging in conversation with customers, offering samples, and advising them on their needs.
And hence, generate sales and reach your objectives.
Our intention is to offer energetic and professional support in-store with a team of dedicated demonstrators.
Responsibilities:
1- Store Staff Training
- Staff Confidence and brand love
- Product Knowledge
- Product application tips
- VIP consultation steps
- Selling full routines
2 - Business Development
- Incremental sales strategies
- Planning & executing events (ex. themes, sales targets, boost orders, client filling, visibility, set up requirements, announcements)
- Negotiation
- Promo sell-through
3 - Store Merchandising + Logistics
- Support Store\'s business needs
- All testers present & fresh
- Tools like blotters & brushes
- No out of stocks
- Full sample assortment
- Ensure planograms are functional and have good presentation
- Returns tracking
4- Demonstrator Events
- Recruit new customers
- Sale star, full routines, features and benefits
- VIP service and showcase the product
- Focus on targets
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, demonstration/sales recommended
Experience in cosmetics/beauty is an asset!
Must have a license and access to a car
Must have a telephone to take pictures of the animations
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to stand and actively engage consumers for at least 5 hours
Able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
