: We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Richmond Hill Campus. As part of our team, you will collaborate with coach and management team to effectively market and communicate within the sports training industry, focusing on our Summer Camp, After School Program, and Recreational Weekend Programs. Requirements:

• Passion for sports and youth education: If you have a genuine enthusiasm for sports and a desire to contribute to youth education, this is the perfect opportunity to turn your passion into a career. Knowledge of sports and youth education is considered an asset.
• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills: You should possess strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: A solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Sales, marketing, and social media experience: While not mandatory, a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, social media, or advertising is helpful.
• Organizational and time management skills: We are looking for candidates with highly developed organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Ambition, motivation, creativity, and self-discipline: As part of our team, you should demonstrate a strong sense of ambition, motivation, creativity, and self-discipline to drive successful outcomes.
• Conducting post-event debriefs, reporting, analysis, and recommendations: You will be responsible for evaluating the success of events, providing insights, and making recommendations for future improvements.
• Actively generating new opportunities: This includes prospecting leads, cold calling, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and effectively selling our services to meet test and sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities: To fit this position, you will also be required to actively participate in our after-school program, weekend program, and summer camp as a counselor. Your responsibilities in this capacity will involve monitoring the teaching quality of our programs, providing parents with feedback about coaches, and following up with students who attend trial sessions. Key Duties and Qualities:

• Develop new marketing strategies for our various programs.
• Manage traditional and digital marketing projects to enhance our branding and social awareness.
• Collaborate with teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Interact with clients in the neighborhood through phone and email to gain a better understanding of our programs and promotions.
• Provide sales support while enhancing your creative abilities and confidence.

• Post-secondary education in marketing or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, including comfort with cold calling, pitching services, and interacting with potential clients.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in early childhood education (ECE), MACTE, or any sports training is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license with full-time access to a vehicle for independent travel.
