Corporate Restaurant Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Lead in-restaurant and virtual training programs for corporate and franchise staff. Ensure all trainees meet company standards, policies, and procedures. Reinforce brand principles and elevate the guest experience. Conduct technical training, certifications, and evaluations for new employees and franchisees. Maintain training calendars, materials, and documentation. Mentor and provide feedback to team members and trainees. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver training resources. Support restaurant openings, including weekend and extended-period travel. Assist in R&D for new products, tastings, and kitchen tests.



Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Hospitality, Foodservice Management, or related field. Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training tools is an asset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Flexible with travel and schedule, including weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience developing training materials and curriculum is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:




Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel to various restaurant locations as required.
