Pure Staffing Solutions Inc., a Canadian leader in sourcing skilled trades, engineering, and operations candidates is currently searching for a Quality Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Cambridge area. Summary: The Corporate Quality Manager ensures that the organization\xc2\x92s products and services are in compliance with the company\xc2\x92s quality requirements, in addition to complying with customer and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and reliability.

Accountabilities:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years quality/manufacturing experience in the automotive field

with hands-on experience with quality management systems

• Responsible to leads the development and implementation of a quality plan to drive continuous improvement in plant performance.
• Responsible for APQP, PPAP submission, New product launches, Control plan, 8 D and GD & T , Internal and external audit for the product/process development teams and manufacturing

• Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Flows

• Direct all phases of Quality & Continuous Improvement activities for the facility

• Represent Customer internally with regard to quality & productivity expectations, performance & system requirements consistent with IATF 16494
• Coordinate the ongoing compliance of customer & internal quality procedural requirements
• Coordinate quality initiatives i.e., IATF 16494, Zero tolerance for defects strategy
• Working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
