Corporate Paralegal - Compliance & Securities

to join our team and play a vital role in upholding and strengthening the legal and governance frameworks that support our strategic vision.



Are you interested in working cross-functionally with executives, project teams, and external legal counsel to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and contribute to business decision-making? As the first point of contact for legal and contract matters, this is a proactive and detail-oriented legal position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Own our

Employee Share Ownership Process

--from tracking to employee education. Supporting board & committee meetings, corporate filings and registry updates Keep our contracts sharp, organized, and risk-proof. Help steer privacy, compliance, and regulatory best practices. Liaise with senior leadership, legal counsel, and project teams to keep us on track and above board. Coordinate with corporate insurance programs including renewals and claims management. Manage shareholder communications and governance documents. Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and internal teams on risk assessments and incident response. Lead the contract lifecycle process: negotiation, execution, renewals, and tracking obligations. Manage legal and contracts inboxes, ensuring timely triage and resolution.

What You Bring:

10+ years in a paralegal/legal admin role. Deep knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance. Proven track record of excellent communication, organization and critical thinking skills, along with project-juggling skills. Experience with tools like SEDAR, TSX Linx, or CORES. Registration with AAPP or Governance Professionals of Canada is a plus.
