Possess 3+ years' relevant experience from a reputable Canadian law firm; Be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario; Have a strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; Be experienced in transactions involving corporations, partnerships, trusts, and/or sole proprietors including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, share transactions, asset transactions, reorganizations, incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, shareholder agreements, etc.; Ability to draft and negotiate agreements; and Work with clients directly and with minimal direction.
