Job Description
Reken Corporation is a construction technology company preparing for its first early seed equity round. We're seeking a corporate lawyer to assist with corporate structuring, share agreements, and legal filings related to the raise. Experience with Canadian startup funding and securities compliance is preferred.
Scope of Work:
Review and finalize
corporate structure
andcap table
Draft and/or review: Common share agreements Share subscription agreements Corporate resolutions Any other applicable securities law documents Ensure compliance with Ontario and federal regulations for private offerings Coordinate legal materials required forFrontFundr's platform listing
(you donot
need to manage the listing itself) Be the legal point-of-contact for FrontFundr if/when required Optional: Assist with shareholder agreement or onboarding documentation for investorsJob Type: Freelance
Pay: $69,079.94-$182,197.37 per year
