Dream is currently looking for a Corporate Concierge that will be the first impression for our guests and employees in our office. In this role you set the tone for the entire Dream experience. This role is an entry level opportunity into the industry and will offer a unique perspective of our fantastic culture and growing company.

You love working with people from within the organization and different partners and vendors, and over your three years of experience in an office administrative role you've also learned to provide a Five Star experience to both to everyone you interact with.
We need you to be able not only to multi-task, but also to prioritize and be extremely organized. You'll be working in a very fast-paced environment, with numerous tasks that will make the days fly by. We hope you're ready and willing to learn!
What will you do?
Here are some of the primary responsibilities that will fall under your role. We can chat more about these and more in person:

  • Provide a professional and polished first impression and ongoing experience to our employees, customers, partners, vendors, etc.
  • You'll play a central role in elevating our workplace culture by delivering exceptional front-line service, supporting internal events, and championing employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Answering, screening and transferring all incoming calls
  • Managing different requirements such as parking, access cards, catering, etc.
  • Organize and send same day and overnight couriers
  • Ensure that all reception resource materials are kept up-to-date
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy and ready in advance of meetings, and assisting with catering set up and take down
  • Performing administrative functions in support of the Office Services team, such as processing invoices and special projects
  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of internal events (town halls, wellness initiatives, seasonal celebrations)
  • Work with the entire Office Services team to provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office
  • We like special projects and tasks as well as learning new things, and we hope you do too!
What type of experience do you have?
These are only some of the things we'd like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet:
  • A people-person with a passion for hospitality and employee experience
  • You have had experience in a receptionist, assistant, or administrative position
  • You have a way with technology and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in JDE would definitely be considered an asset.
  • Experience with a telephone, switchboard and voicemail systems would also be a great skillset to have
  • Understanding or previous experience with reception and records management would help immensely in this role
  • You have proven experience in providing amazing customer service. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
Throughout your experience you have demonstrated to be a great team player, but can also work well independently, and you also have shown that you can think outside of the box to always look for way to improve everything we do.
