Monday to Friday Corporate Schedule

Job Summary

Reporting to the onsite Compass lead, the Corporate Concierge is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at a leading technology and consulting firm in downtown Toronto.

Now, if you were to come on board our Corporate Concierge, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Provide engaging and personalized corporate hospitality service
  • Ensure the seamless execution of internal &e external meetings and events
  • Greet/direct employees and visitors, answer general inquires, assist in resolving issues/concerns
  • Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end-users
  • Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders
  • Sort mail and update folders with staff changes
  • Light housekeeping duties as required
Position Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to learn and be cross-functional
  • Technical inclination and basic knowledge of office systems and hardware preferred
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems
