Position Overview
This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new business and building strong B2B relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, self-driven, and experienced in working with corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes regions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers
Present Berlitz's language and cross-cultural training solutions to potential clients
Create tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) - required
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in education, training, or language services is an asset
