Job Description


As a Corporate Brand Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing the strategic brand roadmap to strengthen brand health, enable strategy and ensure our brand purpose is authentically activated, both internally and externally. Your goal will be to provide a unique opportunity to work on the master Brand of who we are as a company and how our purpose gets brought to life. Your success will show in your ability to advise and lead both brand work-streams and overall projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop the brand activation roadmap and annual brand plan to intentionally direct focus, drive change and track process. Responsible to execute the plan.
  • Launch the evolved brand positioning internally with employees, and externally in lockstep with other strategic developments.
  • Act as a brand consultant across the various lines of business and corporate functions to help teams understand and bring the brand to life. Project manage, as needed, by leading the overall project and managing a cross functional team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to operationalize our brand purpose through communications, programs, and physical design of retail sites. Collaborate with HR to develop brand components for employee onboarding, create and conduct brand training for leaders, and co-create branded employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to bring new expression of our brand to life. Participate in innovation brainstorming to help feed ideas into the innovation funnel.
  • Manage the development and design of a new retail trade dress that will best reflect the brand positioning. Manage project from ideation through to a prototype/test site.
  • Manage and govern the trademarking of our intellectual property in Canada, United States and Ireland, working collaborative with our legal teams and the annual Brand Reputation tracking program, with a focus on developing insights and action plans to close move us closer to the desired positioning.
  • Source external brand partners, execute contracts, and manage partner relationships.
Your Skills:
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker
  • Bias for action with an ability to drive results and execute results via collaboration and influence
  • Excellent communicator/presenter
Your Experience:
  • Bachelors or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years developing brand acumen in consumer-focused industries, large master brand corporations, communications agencies and/or /branding consultancies.
  • Progressive experience in brand management, activation, strategy, governance, and corporate communications.
