We are currently seeking applicants for an experienced Real Estate and Corporate Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requisite skills:
Experienced user of Teranet, Unity, Fast Company and OnCorp platforms
Excellent organization skills
Self-motivated
Able to excel independently
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files
Duties to include:
Full cycle handling of residential real estate transactions
Preparing transactional documents in connection with corporate purchase and sale transactions, financings, rollover transactions and amalgamations
Assist with preparation and filing of incorporations, reorganizations, dissolutions, and continuances
Prepare and file business name, partnership and Limited partnership registrations
Maintaining corporate records and draft correspondence and resolutions
Conducting corporate and security searches and registrations
Communicating with clients and initiating follow-up as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
