Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne polyvalente, organisee et proactive, dotee d'une bonne capacite d'adaptation, pour se joindre a notre equipe. En tant que bras droit de la conseillere talent et culture, tu joueras un role cle dans la gestion des talents, le soutien administratif et le rayonnement de la culture MGSL.

Tes responsabilites :



Volet talent et culture



Soutenir le processus complet de recrutement : affichage des postes, tri des CV, coordination des entrevues, redaction des offres d'emploi, etc. Participer a l'elaboration et a la mise en oeuvre de strategies d'attraction des meilleurs talents Participer a l'accueil et a l'integration des nouveaux employes Appuyer la gestion et la mise a jour des dossiers RH Contribuer au rayonnement de la marque employeur Collaborer a la redaction et a la diffusion de communications internes Participer a l'organisation d'activites sociales, benevoles et culturelles qui refletent nos valeurs

Volet administratif



Assurer le suivi des documents, rapports et bases de donnees internes Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus administratifs et RH Soutenir la coordination logistique d'evenements et de projets internes Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes selon les besoins de l'equipe Gerer les adhesions, modifications et retraits aux assurances collectives des employes Explorer et integrer des outils d'intelligence artificielle pour ameliorer l'efficacite et l'experience employee (recherche, redaction, automatisation de taches, etc.)

Ton profil :



Un baccalaureat en administration, en gestion des ressources humaines ou une formation equivalente Excellente capacite a communiquer en francais et en anglais Interet marque pour les taches administratives, en ressources humaines et les communications. Esprit d'equipe, rigueur et sens de l'organisation Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites avec efficacite Desir d'apprendre, d'innover et de collaborer Experience en coordination, en service a la clientele (un atout) Connaissance ou interet pour la gestion des reseaux sociaux (un atout)

We are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive individual with strong adaptability to join our team. As the right-hand support to the Talent & Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in talent management, administrative support, and promoting the MGSL culture.



Your responsabilities



Talent



Support the full recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, drafting employment offers, etc. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attract top talent Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees Assist with the management and updating of HR files Contribute to strengthening our employer brand Collaborate on the writing and distribution of internal communications Help organize social, volunteer, and cultural activities that reflect our values

Administrative

Ensure follow-up on internal documents, reports, and databases Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and HR processes Support logistical coordination for internal events and projects Perform any other related tasks as needed Manage employee enrollment, changes, and removals for group insurance Explore and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and the employee experience (research, writing, task automation, etc.)

Your Profile

A bachelor's degree in administration, human resources management, or equivalent training Excellent communication skills in French and English Strong interest in administrative tasks, human resources, and communications Team spirit, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Desire to learn, innovate, and collaborate Experience in coordination or customer service (an asset) Knowledge of or interest in social media management (an asset)
