Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des ressources humaines minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour rejoindre notre equipe RH . Le candidat ideal jouera un role essentiel dans le soutien des operations RH, l'acquisition de talents, les relations avec les employes et la gestion du SIRH. Ce poste offre une excellente occasion de contribuer a la croissance de l'organisation tout en developpant votre expertise en gestion des ressources humaines. Le coordinateur RH jouera un role determinant dans le bon deroulement des processus RH, l'efficacite de la communication et la conformite au sein de l'organisation.

Principales responsabilites



Gerer les dossiers des employes et effectuer les mises a jour administratives tout au long du cycle de vie (embauche, modifications, departs) Preparer et traiter la documentation liee a l'integration et a la sortie des employes, y compris les lettres d'emploi et autres communications officielles Effectuer les verifications de references, soutenir le recrutement pour les postes de bureau et participer a la mise a jour des descriptions de poste et des affichages Enregistrer les employes aux avantages sociaux et au regime de retraite, repondre aux questions et assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs Attribuer les formations aux employes, recueillir les preuves de participation et soutenir l'organisation des seances de formation Rediger, reviser et envoyer les communications internes destinees aux employes Participer a la mise a jour de documents internes, listes de suivi et modeles RH afin d'assurer l'exactitude et la conformite de l'information Planifier et organiser divers evenements d'entreprise et activites d'engagement, incluant certaines initiatives benevoles et les activites pour souligner les anniversaires Collaborer etroitement avec les membres RH des differentes divisions pour harmoniser les pratiques et soutenir les projets nationaux

Qualifications requises



Diplome ou certificat en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe +/- 1 an d'experience en ressources humaines ou en soutien administratif (stage ou experience similaire considere un atout) Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit Connaissances du domaine du transport (un atout)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Human Resources Coordinator

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth while developing your expertise in human resources management. The HR Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes, effective communication, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Manage employee files and perform administrative updates throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, changes, departures) Prepare and process onboarding and offboarding documentation, including employment letters and other official communications Conduct reference checks, support recruitment for office positions, and assist with updating job descriptions and job postings Enroll employees in group benefits and the pension plan, respond to questions, and communicate with providers Assign employee training, collect proof of attendance, and support the organization of training sessions Draft, revise, and send internal communications to employees Participate in updating internal documents, tracking spreadsheets, and HR templates to ensure accuracy and compliance Plan and organize various company events and engagement activities, including volunteer initiatives and birthday celebrations Work closely with HR team members across divisions to harmonize practices and support national projects

Required Qualifications



Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field Approximately 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support (internship or similar experience considered an asset) Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written Knowledge of the transportation industry (an asset)
