Resume du role :



En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing, vous jouerez un role cle dans l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes et de marketing d'I-MED Pharma, tant du point de vue creatif que commercial. Re relevant du/de la Gestionnaire Senior, Marketing, le/la Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing soutiendra l'execution des initiatives marketing et contribuera au renforcement de la notoriete de la marque sur l'ensemble des canaux. Ce poste s'adresse a une personne motivee et creative, desireuse de developper une solide base dans tous les aspects du marketing -- de la conception graphique et la creation de contenu au marketing numerique, aux evenements et aux lancements de produits. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) est minutieux(se), organise(e) et possede d'excellentes competences en communication et en gestion du temps. Vous devriez etre a l'aise de collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles et demontrer un bon jugement dans un environnement dynamique.



Responsabilites cles :



Developper du materiel de communication a fort impact et des outils de vente B2B/B2C en fonction des opportunites et des strategies identifiees avec les equipes de Developpement de produits et des Ventes. Creer du contenu original pour le site Web. Mettre en place des campagnes de marketing par courriel via Pardot. Soutenir les salons professionnels, evenements et commandites. Collaborer avec le/la Gestionnaire Marketing Numerique afin d'assurer un fort rendement du capital investi (ROI) pour toutes les activites marketing. Executer d'autres responsabilites au sein de l'equipe, selon les besoins.

Exigences :



Baccalaureat en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. 2 a 3 ans d'experience directe dans un role en marketing. Grande creativite, excellentes competences en redaction, developpement de contenu et revision. Excellentes habiletes de communication orale et ecrite, ecoute active, aptitude a la resolution de conflits et a la coordination. Competences eprouvees en gestion de projets, priorisation, multitache et gestion du temps pour respecter les echeances. Tres bonne comprehension et connaissance pratique du developpement et de la gestion de marque. Capacite demontree a preparer des propositions marketing alliant recherche ciblee, strategie et creativite. Energique, autonome et axe(e) sur les resultats. Collaborateur(trice) eprouve(e), flexible et adaptable. Competences informatiques, incluant la suite MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, Internet; Adobe (Pardot, Shopify et WordPress sont consideres comme des atouts).

Summary of role:



As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping I-MED Pharma achieve our sales and marketing objectives from both creative and business perspectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives and help strengthen brand awareness across all channels. This position is designed for a motivated and creative individual eager to develop a strong foundation in all aspects of marketing--from graphic design and content creation to digital marketing, events, and product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication and time-management skills. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.



Key responsibilities include:



Develop high-impact collateral and sales tools for B2B/B2C based on opportunities and strategies identified with the Product Development and Sales teams. Create original website content Set up email marketing campaigns through Pardot. Help support tradeshows, events, and sponsorships Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to secure a strong marketing ROI for all activities. Execute on additional responsibilities within the team as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business admin or related field. 2-3 years of direct work experience in a marketing role Highly creative, superb writing, content development, and editing skills. Great oral and written communication, active listening skills, good at conflict resolution & coordination Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy, and creativity. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Proven collaborator who is both flexible and adaptable * Computer skills, including MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, Internet, Adobe (Pardot, Shopify & WordPress are considered assets)
