Voici en quoi consiste le poste




CBRE Montreal est activement a la recherche d'une personne polyvalente, proactive et dynamique pour offrir un soutien administratif et une aide precieuse en mise en marche pour une equipe de courtage specialise en location de bureau et commerce de details. L'individu aura a creer du materiel promotionnel, des publications sur les reseaux sociaux, des presentations et des etudes de marche. Il/elle sera portee a gerer le calendrier des courtiers, coordonner avec plusieurs fournisseurs interne et externe, et mettre a jour des bases de donnees de l'equipe. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent a temps plein qui necessite une presence a notre bureau base au centre-ville.

Principales responsabilites



Produire des presentations pour les clients, des brochures, des campagnes electroniques et des publications sur les medias sociaux. Coordonner des seances de photos des proprietes, gestion des demandes de budget et gestion de la facturation avec les differents fournisseurs; Gerer et mettre a jour les renseignements heberges dans les bases de donnees, telles que les coordonnees de clients, les disponibilites, les proprietes mises sur le marche par l'equipe, les projets en cours de l'equipe, les campagnes electroniques, etc.; Generer des etudes de marche, des guides de visite, des rapports de depenses et des rapports standards ponctuels; Coordonner l'agenda, les rendez-vous et les visites de proprietes des membres de l'equipe; Recueillir les documents requis pour remplir les formulaires de facturation et traiter le paiement des commissions des courtiers; Effectuer toutes autres taches.

Nos exigences



1-2 ans d'experience en soutien marketing aupres d'une equipe de professionnels; Bilinguisme francais-anglais, ecrit et parle; Capacite a prendre des initiatives par rapport a la charge de travail avec un minimum de supervision; Efficacite afin de respecter des delais serres; Connaissance avancee de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); p Connaissance d'Adobe InDesign un atout;

The Opportunity



CBRE Montreal is actively seeking a versatile, proactive and dynamic individual to provide administrative support and marketing assistance to a brokerage team specializing in office leasing and retail services. The individual will be responsible for creating promotional material, social media postings, presentations, and market studies. They will also coordinate external events, work with both internal and external resources, manage the brokers calendars and update the team's database. This is a full-time permanent position requiring an in-office presence based out of our downtown branch.

Responsibilities



Produce layouts for client presentations, property marketing flyers, email marketing campaigns, and social media visuals, all while identifying opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials; Coordinate onsite photoshoots, manage marketing budget requests, and track invoices; Maintain and update various databases such as contacts and availabilities, team's pipeline, online listings, electronic campaigns, etc. Generate market surveys, tour books, expense reports and standard ad hoc reports; Coordinate schedules, appointments, and tours with clients for sales professionals; Gather supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process sales professionals' commission payments; Other duties may be assigned

What we require



1-2 years of experience of providing marketing support to multiple professionals Fully bilingual, spoken and written Ability to take initiative on workload with minimal supervision Works effectively to achieve competing deadlines Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of InDesign will be considered an asset
