Based in Montreal and reporting to the Director of Shopping Center Marketing, and in collaboration with the operations teams, the Marketing Coordinator will be at the forefront of driving engagement and visibility for our shopping centers.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with various teams to develop a marketing plan, implement it, and bring it to life on a daily basis. Your plan should have a 360 vision and cover all facets of marketing--from strategy development to creating digital content and coordinating events, including:

Executing all marketing and communications activities for the shopping center(s), in alignment with strategic directions, the annual marketing plan, timelines, budgets, and brand image; Collaborating on social media management, coordinating the creation and publication of content, and animating the different platforms; Ensuring updates of the website; Being responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all events and on-site activations; Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, vendors, center staff, the community, and service providers; Monitoring foot traffic and preparing periodic reports for the management team; Coordinating with the head office marketing team to align marketing efforts; Conducting analyses (during and after campaigns), compiling survey results, and presenting findings in collaboration with retailers; Coordinating the preparation and distribution of written communications and training materials intended for tenants; Managing the annual budget; Performing any other related tasks.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent; 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of the retail industry; Strong interest and ease with social media and content creation.
